Philip Alan Dolan

TERRACE PARK - Philip Alan Dolan, 84, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2025 at home in the arms of his loving wife, Sue. He was a proud veteran who served 6 years in the Navy, followed by a 30 year career in management at the IBM Corp. After retirement, he enjoyed a second career as a real-estate agent with Coldwell Banker West Shell. Preceded in death by parents William, Sr. and Ruby Dolan, sister Ethel Schardein (Bernard), and brother William Dolan, Jr. (Jane). He was beloved by daughters Patricia Johnson (Greg) and Paige Dolan (Erin), grandson Drew Jordan and many nieces and nephews.

Phil was well known for his quick wit and sense of humor, southern charm, and deep love for his family. He had an unwavering faith in the Lord and a positive attitude, even through his health struggles in the last few years. Growing up in Louisville, KY, he developed a passion for horse racing, co-owning 2 horses with a business partner for several years. He was an avid Reds fan, enjoyed playing golf, traveling to Florida, and was a keen bridge player. We will miss him every day.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 13, 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Megie Funeral Home, 529 Main St., Milford, OH 45150.

Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 14th at 3:00 PM at St. Thomas Episcopal Church at 100 Miami Avenue, Terrace Park, OH 45174 with reception to follow.
