Ralph C. Thurman

Ralph C. Thurman, of Milford, passed away Thursday May 10, 2007 in his 84th year. He is survived by Mary Lou (nee; Storr) Thurman, his beloved wife of 33 years, 4 stepchildren; Brenda Haines, Kenny Fancher, Bonnie Valentine and Kevin Merrill, five grandchildren; Racheal Cox, Amy Haines, Nathan Valentine, Amanda Valentine and Chloe Fancher and two great grandchildren; Noah Cox and Jaxon Valentine. Mr. Thurman is also survived by two sisters; Dolores Boston and Florence Chaney. He is preceded in death by a sister Helen Nance and two brothers James and Sam Spears. Ralph was a WWII United States Marine Corps veteran who fought on Iwo Jima and a retired Ironworker. Memorial services will begin 7:00PM Monday May 14th, 2007 at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home & Crematory.
