GOODWIN, Raymond of Williamsburg, Ohio. Loving father of Kathy Sue (Pete) Degenstein of Wyoming; caring grandfather of Marianne Degenstein of Wyoming and Jeremy Wayne Degenstein of Wyoming; affectionate great-grandfather of Caden Degenstein of Wyoming and Caylee Degenstein of Wyoming; dear brother of Chester T. Abbott of Cincinnati, Ohio. Preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Goodwin, his parents, Raymond and Audrey (nee Polk), a son, Gregory Goodwin, two brothers, Edwin Hauk and Leon Goodwin and one sister, Naomi Cotton. Died Saturday, August 8, 2009 at the age of 70. Ray and Shirley married in 1957. He retired from CG&E. Funeral service will be held 12 Noon Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at Cedars of Lebanon Chapel, Memorial Mausoleum, Spring Grove Cemetery & Arboretum, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232 where friends will be received from 11 AM until the time of service.
