Thompson, Rena, of Fayetteville, Ohio. Beloved wife of George Thompson; loving mother of Peter (Karen) Thompson of Fayetteville, OH, Tom (Marcell) Thompson of Fayetteville, OH, Robert (Ronna) Thompson of Fayetteville, OH and mother-in-law of Cindy Thompson of Fayetteville, OH and Jan Thompson of Fayetteville, OH; affectionate grandmother of 18 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. Passed away December 23, 2013 at the age of 84. She was preceded in death by her parents, Myles and Elsie Campbell; sons, Paul Thompson and Stephen Thompson; one grandson; one great-grandson and a sister, Anita Moriarty. She was a graduate of Norwalk High School and a member of Fayetteville Christian Fellowship. Funeral services will be held 12:45 PM Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Megie Funeral Home with Pastor Ken Franklin officiating. Friends will be received from 11 AM until the time of services.
