Reta J. Thomas

Reta (nee' LaVine) Thomas, age 99, joined her husband, the Reverend Rudy H. Thomas, in God's chapel, February 28, 2018. She is survived by her sons, David (Susan) Thomas and Mark (Laurie) Thomas, daughters, Trudy MacDonald and Victoria Wadsworth, grandchildren, Kimberly (Jon) Taylor, Christopher Thomas, Jennifer (Tom) Touhey, Leah (Drew) Molinari, and Jordan Thomas, and 4 great-grandchildren, Ian and Sean Taylor, and Ella and Jack Touhey. Mom was the strength that held the family together, making it possible for dad to be gone as he shared his beliefs and love for God whenever and wherever he was called. The family would like to thank friends and the residents and staff at the Loveland Health Care Center who showered Reta with love and helped keep her happy and safe. She will be remembered for many things, but especially for her sense of humor, which was present until the end. A private family memorial service will be held in the future.
