DOWLING, Richard L. of Hamersville. Beloved son of the late James L. and Verna Jena Mae Sterret Dowling, loving brother of Ronald D. Dowling, Bob W. (Betty) Dowling, Randy (Donna) Dowling, Roger D. Dowling, Linda S. (Ronnie) Bailey, Peggy A. (Walt) Coburn, Norma J. (Rex) Fox, Connie (Galen) Waits, Marsha L. (Jeff) Humphries and Cindy E. (Steve) McNeil. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and his pet dog, Killer. Thursday, January 4, 2007 at VA Medical Center in Cincinnati at age 60. He served in the US Army during Vietnam. Funeral services 1 PM Tuesday January 9, 2007 at Megie-Riggs Funeral Home, Mt. Orab, OH with friends received from 11 AM until time of services. Burial Confidence Cemetery, Georgetown, OH.
