Richard James Kemper

Richard James Kemper, age 81, passed away March 23,2018. He was the devoted husband of the late Jaynne Kemper, loving father of the late Rick Kemper and will be deeply missed by his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Kemper, granddaughters Lara and Alicia Kemper, niece Diana Hahn, nephews Bob Kemper, Kenneth Furrish and Michael (Karla Tedford) Hauck, brother-in-law William (Joanne) Clowers and friends Carol McCarty, Marlin Dowdy and Vicki Doll. Visitation will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, March 28, 2018 until time of service, 11:00 AM, all at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home and Crematory, Milford.
