Richard W. Standring

Richard W. Standring, age 67, passed away on January 3, 2018. He was the devoted and loving husband of Mary Ann Shanton, beloved father of Jennifer (Jeremy) Miu, Daniel Standring and Laura (Aldrin) Custodio, proud grandfather of Skye (Josh) Steppe, great grandfather of Oliver Steppe and older brother of David Standring. He will also be missed by other family and friends. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Darlene Standring and two brothers, Kenneth and Sam. He proudly served his country in the Army and also participated in CAPS, the Civilian Air Patrol and loved being a member of the military. Richard held his fellow Veterans in high esteem and a great respect and love for those who served to protect freedom. Richard was a friend to all and will be missed by the many whose lives he touched.
