Robert G. Armstrong

Robert G. Armstrong of Williamsburg, Ohio passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2023, in Batavia, Ohio, he was 78 years old.  Robert was born to the late Robert Clayton and Nellie Mae (nee Patten) Armstrong on December 04, 1944, at the family farm in Mt. Orab, Ohio.

Robert is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years Beverly S. (nee Newberry) Armstrong, his loving sons Keith (Veronica) Armstrong of Williamsburg, Ohio, and James Armstrong of Williamsburg, Ohio; his six adored grandchildren Derek, Dustin, Jesse, Jordan Armstrong, Sydney Malakis, and Meranda Balkema; his 3 cherished great-grandchildren Kevin Balkema, Castiel Frasure, and Piper Armstrong; along with his caring siblings Loretta Smith, and Kent Armstrong.

In addition to his parents Robert was preceded in death by his son Kevin Armstrong, and siblings Shirley Amiott, Janet Smith, Linda Shuemake, Melissa Armstrong, Charles Armstrong, and Barry Armstrong.

Robert was a family man, he cherished his family, and loved passing down stories of lost loved one, and instilling the younger generation with good morals and values.  He was well loved and will be missed by all.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at 1:00 pm at the New Harmony United Methodist Church located at 1445 New Harmony Shiloh Road, Williamsburg, OH 45176, family and friends will be welcomed beginning at 11:00 am until the time of service.  Burial will follow at New Harmony Cemetery.  Pastor Tracy Taylor officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to the New Harmony United Methodist Church in Robert's name.
