Robert W. Craig Sr

CRAIG, Robert W. Sr., beloved husband of the late Alberta Craig (nee Kyle), loving father of the late Anna Mae Diemer, Carol Craig, Elizabeth Jo (Craig) Batterson and Robert W. Craig Jr., cherished grandfather of Norman Diemer, Lee Ann Jones, Donald Diemer and Terri Taylor, and numerous great grandchildren. Bob was a member of the 904th Field Artillery Battalion in Europe during World War II. He worked at Siemens Motors Division (Allis-Chalmers) in Norwood for 44 years until his retirement in 1988. Bob was a 50 year member of Montgomery Lodge F&AM, Scottish Rite and Syrian Shrine. Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012, age 89. Visitation will be at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home and Crematory, Milford, Friday, Sept. 28th, 6-7:30 pm followed by a Masonic service. Funeral service will be 10 am Saturday, also at the funeral home, with burial at Rest Haven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to New Life Furniture, 541 Main St, Milford, 45150.
