Robert L. Messer

Robert “Bob” L. Messer, passed away on June 02, 2022, at the age of 78. He was the loving father of Rodney (Denise Braden) Messer and Ronald Messer, proud grandfather of Rodney Jr., Ashley, Garrett, Ryan and 5 great grandchildren, and dear brother of Patricia A. (Larry) Messer Wade, David Messer, Shirley (Jerri Brinson) Messer, Mark (Almeda) Messer, Nell (Jimmy Asher) Messer Miracle, Fay Hunley, Kay Schulte, and will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and friends. Bob proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corps. and retired from Local Union #24 after 40 years of service as a Sheet Metal Worker. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Nina Messer, his wife, Debora Allen Messer, and 3 brothers, Thomas, John, and Dan. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at 10 AM at the Plainview Cemetery, 6815 St. Rt. 131, Newtonsville, OH 45158, with the Reverend Tanner Schulte officiating.
