Robert A. Mounce Sr.

Robert A. Mounce Sr., resident of Milford, passed away unexpectedly on August 1, 2017 in his 79th year. He was the dear son of the late Tony and Hazel Mounce, the treasured husband of Irene (nee Thacker) Mounce for 58 years, devoted father of Robin (Fadi) Haboush, Holly Todd, Heather (David) Ackerman, Robert Mounce Jr., and Tony Mounce. He was also the very proud grandfather of fourteen, great grandfather of three, uncle of Denise (Ernie) Sosa and was the brother of the late Tonia McDermott. Robert was a Shriner and served as a Master of the Milford Masonic Lodge # 54 in 1989. His family will remember him as a man who enjoyed many hobbies, including wood working, stained glass, fishing, playing computer games and as a long time volunteer at Milford High School. But most importantly, they will remember him as a loving and generous man who was an incredible and loving husband, father and grandfather who will be missed deeply every day. Guests will be received 10:00 am, Friday, August 11, 2017 until time of funeral service, 12 pm, all at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home and Crematory in Milford.
