Penny, Jantzen E. Snow, Zachary D. L. Fields, Hailey P. M. Penny, Bailey M. Nichols, Shelby A. Nichols and Allison R. Fancher; cherished son of Virgil V. Penny of Hamersville; dear brother of Virgil Lee (Sharon) Penny of Georgetown, OH, Dorothy Penny of Hamersville, OH, Linda (Dwayne) Newberry of Mt. Orab, OH, Dorlene (Jake) Fields of Mt. Orab, OH, Rose (Roger) Barber of Mt. Orab, OH and Joanne (Dale) Barber of Mt. Orab, OH; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and his beloved dog, Max. He was preceded in death by his mother, Opal Lee Penny (née Donell) and a sister, Letta Louise Penny. Mr. Penny retired from Smurfit Stone Container Corp. Funeral service to be held 1 PM Friday, May 25, 2012 at Megie Funeral Home, 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, OH 45154, where friends will be received from 11 AM until the time of service. Interment Mt.
