Loving father of Justin Phillips of Cincinnati, Ohio, Ashley Phillips of Tennessee and Jessica Phillips of Amelia, Ohio; beloved son of Ed and Irene Phillips of Georgetown, Ohio; dear brother of Debbie Bolce, Sherri Mitchell, Missy Kirkpatrick and Gail Stepp; caring grandfather of three grandchildren. Died May 24, 2009 at the age of 49. Memorial service will be held 7 PM Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at Megie Funeral Home, 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154, where friends will be received from 6 PM until the time of service.
