Robert E. Phillips, Sr.
PHILLIPS, Robert E., Sr., of Cincinnati, devoted husband of Betty (nee; Cutter) Phillips, loving father of Robert E. Phillips Jr. (Tina), affectionate grandfather of Robert E. Phillips III and Malik McCay Phillips. Caring brother of Carl Phillips and Betty Elliott and the late Jackie and Katherine. Mr. Phillips passed away Thursday April 26th at the age of 59. Memorial services 4PM Saturday May 6th at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home & Crematory, Milford.
