Roger Clay Taylor, born on November 11, 1965, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2026, in the comfort of his home. He was a loving husband to Linda Taylor and a devoted father whose legacy will live on through his children and grandchildren.
Roger's family was his pride and joy. He was preceded in death by his son, Bryan Taylor, who was taken from them far too soon. He is survived by his children, Andrew Farquer, Katelynn (Michael Parks) Taylor, and Gracie (Cody Cooper) Taylor, who cherish the memories they created together. Roger was a proud grandfather to Lucas, Kensley, Jayden, Alayna, Amara, Huston, and Leah, who brought immense joy and laughter into his life.
Roger was born into a large family and is remembered fondly by his brother, Todd Taylor, and his sister, Robin Taylor. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Steve Taylor, Timmy Taylor, and Terry Taylor, each of whom he held dear in his heart.
A skilled Drywall finisher by trade, Roger's work ethic was matched only by his passions outside of work. He had a deep love for catfishing, often spending serene afternoons by the water. Additionally, his woodworking skills showcased his creativity and dedication, allowing him to craft meaningful works that were cherished by his family.
Roger Taylor's life was marked by a commitment to his family, an appreciation for nature, and a talent for making things with his hands. His warm spirit and loving presence will be immensely missed.
Services to honor Roger's life and legacy will be scheduled at a later date.
