Ronald Lee Juilfs, a beloved figure in his community, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2026, in Ohio at the age of 91. Born on July 16, 1934, in Mount Orab, Ronald lived a life rich with love, service, and family.

He was a proud member of the American Legion Sardinia Post 755 and served honorably in the United States Army, demonstrating his commitment to his country. This dedication continued throughout his life, influencing those around him with a spirit of camaraderie and patriotism.

Ronald is survived by his children, Ray (Katie) Juilfs of Sardinia and Josetta Booker of Mount Orab. He cherished his role as a father and took great pride in watching his family grow, including his grandchildren: Maria, Monica, Steven, Justin, Michael, Timmy, TJ, Tommy, Benjamin, Angel, Angela, Marvin, and Jerry. Ronald was also blessed with many great-grandchildren, who brought him immense joy in his later years.

He is remembered fondly by his sisters, Rita Martin of Downs, Kansas, Bonnie Edwards of Cawker City, Kansas, Kay Henry of Harrison, Ohio, and the legacy of his late parents, Leland J. Edwards and Alice Wallace. Ronald's family ties were a cornerstone of his life, having also endured the loss of one brother and three sisters who have preceded him in death.

In accordance with his wishes, private services will be held at a later date, allowing his family the opportunity to grieve and celebrate his life in their own time. Ronald Lee Juilfs leaves behind a rich legacy of love and honor, and he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
