He was a member of the Light House Tabernacle Church In Hamersville, OH. Died Wednesday August 24, 2016 at the age of 69. He was preceded in death by his parents Ray and Martha Bailey and a brother Jerry Bailey. Funeral services will be held 12 noon Tuesday August 30, 2016 at the Light House Tabernacle Church 9664 St. Rt. 774 Hamersville, OH 45130 with friends received from 10 AM until time of service. Burial to Follow at Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, OH.
