Roscoe E. Whittymore Jr., age 55, passed away on October 12, 2015 at his home in Amelia. He was the son of Betty Jean and the late Roscoe Earl Whittymore Sr.,and brother of David Whittymore. A celebration of life is being planned by the family and will be announced.
