Rosemary Volk HOWLAND. Preceded in death in October 1974, by her husband, Henry Phelps Howland, mother of four , grandmother of fourteen and great grandmother of two. Passed away November 1, 2008, at age 95. Private services at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to charity of choice.
