STAMPER, Rosemary L., 77 of Milford passed away Sunday August 22, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Louis Stamper, loving mother of Ron Stamper, Gerry Stamper, Greg Stamper, David Stamper and the late Linda Bingston. Affectionate grandmother of 11, great grandmother of 21 and great great grandmother of 1. Mrs. Stamper was active in the Order of Eastern Star and the Northern Lights for many years. Visitation 10 till 11 AM Thursday August 26th with funeral services beginning at 11, all at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home & Crematory, Milford. Interment at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
