HEIMBOLD, Roy A. of Nicholsville, OH. Beloved husband of Marlene (nee Krebs) Heimbold of Nicholsville, OH; loving father of Cindy L. (George) Preston of Nicholsville, OH, Terri L. (Steve) Morgan of New Richmond, OH and Pam K. (Clyde) Brockman of Nicholsville, OH; caring grandfather of Micah (Kate), Megan (Kyle), Danielle, Katie, Kristen, Kayla, Jordan, Allison and three step-grandchildren; devoted great-grandfather of Chloe; dear brother of Rosa Watson of Wilmington, DE; also survived by a host of additional family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Carl August and Rosa Louise Heimbold and two brothers, Carl W. Heimbold and Albert P. Heimbold. Entered into rest Sat., April 23, 2011 at age 78. Mr. Heimbold served in the USAF during Korean Conflict, retired from Nutone after 35 years, was a member of Spring Grove UMC and the American Legion. Friends will be received 5-8 PM Tues., April 26, 2011 at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home-Bethel, 315 W. Plane Street, Bethel, OH 45106. Funeral service to be held 11 AM Wed., April 27, 2011 at the funeral home. Interment Monroe Twp. Cemetery.
