RUBY CATHERINE NUGENT OBITUARY Ruby Catherine Nugent of Westerville, Ohio, passed peacefully into the arms of her Savior on Monday, June 27, 2022, at Westerville Senior Living. She was 91 years old. Ruby was born to the late James and Hattie Clark on December 20, 1930, in Corbin, Kentucky. Ruby is survived by her loving husband David Lawrence Nugent of Westerville, Ohio, her son Robert Edgar Nugent of Columbus, Ohio, her cherished grandchildren, Jillian Nugent, Sarah Renee, Alison Lynn, and Grace and Hazel Nugent, and her caring sister Marty Large. In addition to her parents, Ruby was preceded in death by her beloved sons Mark David Nugent and Gary Lawrence Nugent, her brothers Jack Clark, Jim Clark, and Jerry Clark, and her sisters Ruth Felts, Margie Rowland, and Jean Wagner. A faithful follower of Jesus Christ, Ruby’s church home was Grace Polaris Church. While most of her life was spent as a devoted homemaker, she also worked at Cincinnati Fashion Frocks and as a secretary for Goolsby Insurance. She was a member of the Day Heights Garden Club, a brilliant flower arranger, and an accomplished seamstress and quilter. She was a humble, hard-working woman with the deepest of integrity, who always strived to honor God by putting the needs of others before her own. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2022, at Megie Funeral Home located at 529 Main St., Milford, Ohio 45150 at 12 NOON where family and friends will be welcomed beginning at 10 am until the time of service. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, in Milford Ohio.
