Ruth Mcquitty

Ruth McQuitty passed away suddenly on April 30, 2022, at the age of 78. She was the loving significant other for 36 years to Roger Renner, cherished mother of Jeff McQuitty and Dawn (the late John John) Cunningham, proud grandmother of Brandi (Samuel) Cornwall, Christian (Ashley) Cunningham, Donald Edward McQuitty, Tasha McQuitty, and her great-grandchildren, Landon, Logan, and Lailah Cornwall, Carson, and Kyren Cunningham, Michael and Savannah McQuitty, Ashton Barnhart, Geneviev Lyons, and Brandon Prince, a dear sister to Mary (Danny) Mullins and Larry Hounshell, and will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Sallie Mae Hounshell, her beloved husband, Donald “Doc” McQuitty, and three sisters, Barbara (Charles) Smith, Kathy Hounshell, and Carol Hounshell. Funeral Services will be on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at 12 NOON at the Megie Funeral Home and Crematory – Craver Chapel, 529 Main St., Milford, OH 45150, where family and friends will be received from 10 AM until the hour of service.
