Sandra M. Proctor, a beloved retired teacher and devoted member of the Taylors Chapel Church, passed away peacefully on October 16, 2025, in Maysville, Kentucky at the age  of 84. She was born on March 12, 1941, in Kitts, Kentucky, to the late Marvin and Mae Goodson.

Educated and dedicated, Sandra enriched the lives of many students during her tenure at Bethel-Tate Schools. Her passion for teaching and ability to inspire those around her left an indelible mark on the community. Not only was she an educator, but she also played an active role in her church, where she fostered connections and camaraderie among fellow members.

Sandra is survived by her daughter, Beth (Matt) Leimberger of Mt. Orab, Ohio; her grandson, Nick (Cyndel) Leimberger of Georgetown, Ohio; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Guinevere and Alexander. In addition to her immediate family, she is remembered fondly by numerous nieces and nephews who carry her spirit forward.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William Proctor, who passed before her, as well as her sister, Marie Osborne, and brother-in-law, Lowell Osborne. Sandra's parents, Marvin and Mae Goodson, also preceded her in death.

Sandra M. Proctor's legacy will continue to shine through the lives she influenced and the memories she created with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Services to be held at Taylors Chapel Church at a later date.

Memorial donations may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association or Gideons International.
