Sarah E. Moore

Sarah E. Moore, 89, of Milford, entered into rest on November 20, 2021. She was born to the late Arther and Edith Earnest on October 05, 1932 in Woodruff, West Virginia. She was the beloved wife of the late Haskel Moore for 62 years, cherished mom of Brenda (David Kammler) Moore of Springfield, Ohio, and Angela (Sam) Henson of Florence, Kentucky; the adoring grandma of Megan ( Michael Skaggs) Henson of Cincinnati, Ohio and Sarah Henson of Florence, Kentucky; the dear sister of the Evelynn Bissett, Doris Moore, Freda West, Carolyn Drizake, David Earnest, Linda Kinsey.

Sarah was preceded in death by her siblings Arnold Earnest, Margret Gosney, and Jean Blake.

Sarah was the general matriarch of her family and will be missed by those she has left behind. She delighted in cooking and keyboarding. Sarah read her Bible daily and practiced prayer and meditation. She loved painting and seasonal gardening.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributins in Sarah's honor be directed to Crossroads Hospice.

"This is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it."

A visitation will be held Sunday, December 5, from 3 pm to 4 pm with services to follow at 4 pm at Megie at Megie Funeral Home/Craver Chapel (formerly Craver Riggs Funeral Home and Crematory, 529 Main Street, Milford, Ohio 45150.
