Sheila A. Brath

Sheila Ann Brath was called home April 18th, 2022. Born May 3rd, 1948, she was 73 years wise. She impacted the lives of many, & family was of utmost importance. She raised two fierce women; her daughter Holla Sandlin & granddaughter Breann Lay - her most beloved accomplishments. She was known as Granny to her grandchildren Megan Sandlin & Jacob Sandlin, as well as her great grandchildren Colton Lay, Pres Lay, & Jaxson Sandlin. Loving sister to Laura Melton and Ruth Casebolt, and a dear aunt, & cousin - she made a statement wherever she went. She enjoyed any time spent with family, especially the grandbabies; game shows, being present for Jesus any way she could, & had one of the greenest thumbs around. She lived through many obstacles, with her faith never wavering. She lived courageously & loved fiercely. Her spirit will forever live through her family - & we are graciously honored God chose her to be ours for all this time. Proverbs 31:31: "Honor her for all that her hands have done, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate." Sheila was preceded in death by her parents, James and Holla Brewer, and 4 siblings, Geraldine Norman, Phyllis Little, Jimmy Brewer, and Larry Brewer. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 1:oo PM at the Trinity United Methodist Church,5767 Wolfpen-Pleasant Hill Rd., Milford, OH 45150.
