Stephen W. Heck Sr.

Stephen W. Heck Sr., 85, longtime resident of Milford passed away on December 16, 2006 at Mercy Hospital in Anderson Township, with his family by his side. Mr. Heck was a WWII Navy Veteran who was awarded the Bronze Star while fearlessly serving his country. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Margaret (nee Strung) and dear children Cindy (Dana) Sloan of Omaha, Nebraska, and Stephen (Donna) Heck Jr. of Milford, and was the proud grandfather of Brian (Amber), Ryan (Erin), Ashley (Ryan), Travis and great grandfather of Jackson. A Memorial service will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, December 22, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 5767 Pleasant Hill Rd., Milford. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to Trinity United Methodist Church.
