Orab, OH, Marlene (Mike) Jordan of Sardinia, OH and Jason (Angie) Patten of Hamersville, OH, also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Died April 30, 2012 at the age of 50. Memorial services will be held 7 PM Friday May 4, 2012 at the Megie Funeral Home 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154 with friends received an hour before services. Memorial donations may be directed to the Mt. Nebo United Methodist Church or to University Hospital.
