Terry Eugene Griffis

Terry Eugene Griffis of Morrow, OH passed peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at the age of 67 surrounded by family.  He was born July 24, 1951 to the late Dewitt and Susie Oneida Coffey Griffis.

Terry is survived by his beloved wife Wanda (nee Newman) Griffis of Morrow, OH; his loving children Terry Griffis II of Lebanon, OH, Brandy Griffis, James C. Pierce III, and Step Daughter Jennifer (Pierce) Young; his cherished grandchildren Nicholas Griffis of Cincinnati, OH, Quinten Griffis of Ft. Stewart, GA, Sadie Pierce of Cincinnati, OH, Kendyl Pierce, and Robert Pierce; his adored great grandchildren Kaylee, Avah and Jaxson Pierce; his caring siblings Gary (Patty) Griffis of Cincinnati, OH, Timothy Griffis of Cincinnati, OH, Brenda (James) Bunch of Independence, KY, Donna (James) Atkinson of Sumter, SC, April Sue (Steve) Young of Cincinnati, OH, Melodie Griffis of Cincinnati, OH, Lynne (James) Weber of Cincinnati, OH, and Shelia (Jeff) Gilkenson of Cincinnati, OH; along with precious nieces and nephews who he loved dearly.

In addition to his parents Terry was preceded in death by his brother Wendell D. Griffis.

A Celebration of Life will be held in July – details will be provided at a later date.
