Thomas Edward Hill

Thomas Edward Hill passed away on October 17, 2015 at the age of 56. He is the devoted son of Elnora (nee; Middleton) Johnson and the late Claude Hill. And step-father Almer �Bud� Johnson. Loving father of Steven Hill, Kevin Hill and Melissa Hill Williams. Caring brother of Michael, Bill and the late Gregory Hill, and step-brother of Vicki Johnson Hall, Tammy Johnson Wheeler, Jerry Johnson and Doug Johnson. Mr. Hill was a nurse for over 20 years. He was also in a bluegrass band where he loved to play the guitar and sing. If desired, memorial donations may be made in Thomas Hill's name to the American Lung Association, 4050 Executive Park Drive, Suite 402, Cincinnati, OH 45241. Mr. Hill's ashes will be interred by his family in the spring at the family farm in Kentucky.
