Thomas R. Tucker

Thomas R. Tucker, 72, of Bethel, OH, was born on September 9, 1943 and died on July 8, 2016. Mr. Tucker lived in Georgetown until 1972. He is the son of the late W. Robert Tucker and Dorothy P. (née Brown) Tucker. He has one sister, Doris E. Schweickart, of Georgetown, OH. Tom was a graduate of Georgetown High School, Class of 1961. He earned a B.S. degree and an M.S. degree from the Ohio State University. Mr. Tucker was a Vietnam Veteran, US Army. He served with the 4th M.I. Detachment, 4th Infantry Div., in the central highlands of S. Vietnam from July 1969 through April 1970. Following this he had a career in the insurance industry. He is survived by his sister, Doris. Graveside service 10 AM Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Greenbush Cemetery, Green Township, OH. Thanks to the Megie Funeral Home, Mt. Orab, OH, for serving the family.
