Vaughn Otis Blair, beloved husband of Martha (nee Kincaid) Blair, and dear brother of James, Tony, and Glen Blair. Passed away unexpectedly on June 9, 2009, at age 59. Friends and family are welcome Saturday, June 13th,12:00 pm until time of memorial service, 2:00 pm, at Chapman Funeral Home, 431 W. Harrison Ave, Clarksville, IN 47219. If desired, memorials may be directed in his name to; PTSD Program GPS-500, Veteran�s Medical Center, 800 Zorn Ave, Louisville, KY 40206.
