Verner Hilton Sellers Jr., devoted husband of the late Ann (nee Buckingham) Sellers, loving father of Gregg (Pat) Sellers, and the late Julie McKowen, dear stepfather of Diana (Ron) Lay, Jennifer (Jim) McCarthy and the late Stephen Cox, proud grandfather of six, great grandfather of one and brother of Anne Leaf, and Dan Sellers. March 10, 2009, age 80. Mr. Sellers served his country in the Korean War, and was awarded the Bronze Star for meritorious service, 19th ENG combat battalion, 10th Corp.
