WORKMAN, Vicki L. (nee Koogler), of West Chester, formerly of Milford passed away Saturday April 24th, 2010 at the age of 58. Devoted mother of Stephanie Willhelm (Mark), David Pickers (Jennifer) and Alex Bradford. Loving sister of Connie Stevens. Affectionate grandmother of Alison, Ashley, Zachary, Logan, Leah and Alexis. Vicki enjoyed spending time with family and friends and loved animals of all kinds.
