Victor Marvin Shepherd

SHEPHERD, Victor M., 79 of Eastgate passed away June 27th, 2011. Beloved husband of Lois Shepherd, loving father of the late Rhonda D. Shepherd, affectionate grandfather of one, caring brother of Donald W. Beichler, Sheila D. Beichler, James Beichler, Rie Palkovic, Ralph Shepherd and the late Nora McFee. Dear friend of Rick and Sue Bayer and family and of Tricia and Robert Montgomery and family. Mr. Shepherd was a Navy Corpsman attached to Item Co. 3rd Battalion, 1st Marines during the Korean War. He was a life member of the Marine Corps League, a member of the Marine Corps Assoc. and the Chosin Few. Visitation 11AM Friday with funeral services at 12 Noon, all at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home & Crematory. Memorial donations may be made to the City Gospel Mission, the Christian Help Center or to the charity of choice.
