COOPER, William M., 72, longtime resident of Milford passed away peacefully surrounded by his family after a heroic battle with cancer on August 19, 2012 . Most loved husband by wife and soul mate Elaine Cooper (nee; Emmons). Loving father of Kim Schnelle (Gary), Tom Cooper, Angie Cooper, Lynn Hill (Greg). Affectionate grandfather of Jesmine, Shana, Sheese (Jeremy), Arminta, Tasha, Amber, Derek, Dustin, Haley and Katie. Great grandpa of Riley and Grant. Much beloved by his step daughters Jean Koon and Debra Schehl. Mr. Cooper is preceded in death by his parents William and Gertrude Cooper. No visitation per Bill�s wishes.
