William "Jim" J. Burich

William James “Jim” Burich, Jr., passed away peacefully on Monday, September 9, 2024, at the age of 81. He was born in Charleston, West Virginia in 1943 to the late William J. and Katherine S. Burich.

Jim was the beloved husband for 58 years to Jean (née Marks) Burich, loving father of Larry (Jonna) Burich and Marilyn (Mark Sweet) Burich, dear brother of Richard Burich and David (Laura) Burich, and caring step grandfather of three step grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law, Kathryn and Roy Bell.

Jim proudly served our country in the United States Airforce and was a F4 Fighter Pilot for 15 years of his time served, retired from General Electric Aerospace after 23 years of service, was a part of the Butler Philharmonic Orchestra Chorus, the May Festival Chorus for many years, and the All Saints Church Choir of 38 years.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Jim’s home, 969 Hollow Creek Drive, Milford, OH 45150, on October 13, 2024 from 1:00-4:00 PM.
