William E. Kelsey

William Edward Kelsey, age 60, of Williamsburg, Ohio, died February 8th at Veterans Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is survived by his devoted wife Kathie (nee Patton) Kelsey, step children Tara (Curtis) Medley, and Timothy Frost, sisters; Mary Ann Elam, Patsy (Walter) Oliver and Bobbie (Neal) Hastings, two step grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister; Dorothy Mullins Shepherd, and his parents; Mary (nee Jacobs) and William E. Kelsey Sr. Friends and family are welcome 6-8 p.m., Thursday, February 12th at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home and Crematory, Milford. No funeral services will be held, inurnment will be at the convenience of the family.
