William "Billy" Swart

William "Billy" Swart, born on August 22, 1972, in a small town in Ohio, passed away peacefully on December 27, 2025, in Mt. Orab( formerly of Amelia), where he had spent much of his life. He leaves behind a legacy of love and passion that will be cherished by many.

Billy was a devoted husband to Christine Peebles, whose companionship enriched his life in countless ways. His brothers, Steven Swart, Estel Swart, and Cody Taylor, along with his sisters, Victoria Swart and Rhonda Taylor, have lost not just a brother, but a confidant and a friend. He took great joy in the roles of uncle to his beloved nieces—Jessica, Leia, and Maria—and to his nephews—Brandon, Nicholas, Auston, and Coltin—who all held a special place in his heart.

Throughout his life, Billy cultivated a deep passion for working on cars, finding joy and solace in the details of mechanics. He was also an avid fan of NASCAR, where his enthusiasm for speed and competition mirrored his zest for life. Additionally, he had a fondness for the classic television show, Dukes of Hazzard, which echoed his spirited nature and love for adventure.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family. His kind-hearted nature and infectious passion for life have left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who knew him. Billy will truly be missed but never forgotten.
