William 'Bill' Thompson

THOMPSON, William "Bill" of Buford/Mt. Orab, OH. Beloved father of Douglas W. (Carla) Thompson of Mt. Orab, OH, Debra D. (Shawn) Griffith of Mt. Orab, OH and Darian C. (Stephanie) Thompson of Cincinnati, OH; loving grandfather of Kaitlyn Thompson, Shaniah Griffith and Cameron Thompson; caring brother of Phil (Lana) Thompson of Lynchburg, OH,and Mike (Carol) Thompson of Hardwood, OH. Passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at the age of 80. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara D. Thompson; his parents, Paul and Bertha Thompson; and a brother, Samuel Thompson.

Mr. Thompson attended Clear Mountain Community Church. He retired from Ford Motor Company and served in the U.S. Army.

Funeral service 12 PM Monday, September 25, 2017 at Megie Funeral Home, 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, OH 45154, where friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of service. Burial Buford Cemetery, Clay Township, Ohio.
