William Urbanski

William R.O. Urbanski, age 84, passed away on September 11, 2026. He was the beloved husband of the late Cecelia (née Eustache) for 50 years, and the loving father of William, Robert (Laura), and Philip (Becky). He was the devoted grandfather of Philip (Chelsea), Logan (Peggy), Colton (Sienna), Benjamin, and Grace. He was the son of the late Anton and Elizabeth Urbanski, and brother of the late Eugene Urbanski and the late Lee Urbanski (Sue).

William was born on January 15, 1942, in Chardon, Ohio. He grew up in Lyndhurst, Ohio and graduated from Charles F. Brush High School in 1960. He met Cecelia Eustache, and they were married on July 7, 1962.

William lived a full life, traveling to various countries through his 34-year career at Lincoln Electric. All who knew him could appreciate his passion for rocks, minerals, fossils, and Indian artifacts. This passion led to several programs for the enrichment of many lives, some through the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, where he also served as a docent for several years.
