Winell "Winnie" Gans

Winell “Winnie” Gans passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at her home in Milford, Ohio. She was born in Cincinnati to Arthur and Helen Knott in 1955.

Winnie is survived by her husband of 44 years, George “Sammy” Gans, three children, Christopher Gans, Tiffany Fritch, and Justin Gans, her grandchildren, Demetris Buckman, Sebastian Backman, Micah Geier, Desirae Geier, and Damon (Robin) Gans, Jadan Geier, & Kaden Fritch, and her siblings, Arthur (Karen) Knott II, Winnie’s twin, Bernell Prince, & Alessa (Charles) Williams, and will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friend.

In addition to her parents, Winnie was preceded in death by two sisters and 2 brothers, Mary Ann Grayson, Elaine Wilson, John Eric Knott, and Michael Leonard.

Winnie enjoyed spending time with her family, listening to music and doing ceramics.

A Visitation will be held at the Miami Baptist Church, 740 Elizabeth St., Milford, Ohio 45150 on Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. The Celebration of Life Service will immediately follow the visitation at 4 PM.

Rev. Mark Stephens will be officiating.
